Ever feel like your workout is just not enough? Maybe your Yoga or Zumba routine is just not showing max results? Your dance, stretching, or toning workout may not be enough. To be truly fit, you need to incorporate a cardiovascular activity with weight lifting into your workout routine.
The purpose of this blog is to help women reach their goals in getting the most out of life by, methods of achieving genuine health, fitness and the joy in doing so. 
Socrates said, "It is a shame for a woman to grow old without ever seeing the strength and beauty of which her body is capable."
You might be content with your skinniness or even plumpness,...but why would we want to let life pass us by without seeing our true potential self? Each one of us ladies has the chance to be strong beings, capable of unbelievable things, why hold that back?
